You`ll notice the boat is connected to the golf cart that`s sitting on the utility trailer. He`s impeding traffic and staying in the middle lane so when the boat really starts to sway he`ll have a chance to recover. So how does the police miss this?

This is horrible!! He doesn't know the rule for towing. Totally unsafe and the cops should pull him over, a huge fine and maybe jail for being so stupid. That has to be way over the length and over the weight limit. Unfortunately their are people that stupid out there. I hope he was pulled over before he got to where he was going.
