Arrangements have been made to gorge ourselves on
Chicken, Beef Tri-Tip and Ribs barbecued over a seasoned oak fire. The cost per person will be $5.50 including tax for the meat and preparation of same. Believe me, this stuff is GOOD and enough of each type will be on hand for everyone.
We plan to eat at 5:30.
Participants are asked to provide their own place settings, napkins, drinks, and a side dish. We will soon have a list posted indicating what members have said they will provide. As you reply with what you will provide the list will be updated.
We have reserved for our use on Saturday from 10 AM (possibly earlier) until 10 PM the recreation room near our campsites which has a small kitchen containing a standard size stove, refrigerator, sink and some utensils. Folding tables and plastic patio chairs are also provided. Weather permitting we can also eat on the large outdoor deck.
If for some reason your plans change and you won’t be attending,
or your name isn’t listed below and you want to be included in the final order, please let me know by
Thursday, May 26, the cutoff date for the final order. I’ll pay for the meat beforehand and try to collect from you after dinner while you’re full and moving slow.[
