Mattress topper
Looking at 3 inch temperpedic topper for rv king . The topper will measure 76” and mattress is 72”. Also , the temperpedic is very heavy, will it be too heavy for bed when the slide in moves and will the bed lifts still hold up bed when utilizing storage beneath? I had too much weight stored under bed last year and the bed frame came apart . Also , will I need to trim the topper or will it still fit when sheet is tucked in?

Why don't you do what many of us do....a real mattress.
As for the bed storage box, over the years I've had to reinforce it.

It sounds like that topper is a natural latex foam. If it is it’s the best topper made. You WILL be very pleased with it. I would definitely get it.
I’ve been sleeping on a latex foam mattress and topper for years. They are the best mattress you can buy.

The entire bed frame is made from 1"×2". My bed wheels have begun to make indentations in the floor. I'm planning to add some rollers to the bed frame. I have not yet started that project. When I do I will post pictures.

What mattress do most people get? I don’t want to get one that is too heavy.

We replaced our mattress when we picked up our new 330RL. Wondered what was making the dents in the floor in the bedroom. Thanks for the idea to add more rollers.

We added a 3 inch foam topper from Sam's club to our King. Used a sharp knife to make the radius corners. Struts still lift the mattress and topper and it sleeps very well.

If the issue is 'heavy' mattress, I would not worry, the bed can handle the mattress, just get something comfortable. I like the foam mattresses personally.
As for the 'dents' on the floor the rollers are just cheap things.
