Hi Larry,
I had the same problem on a trip last October. I unplugged the load from the inverter, and then turned off the red disconnect which is located in the battery compartment. Left it off a few minutes, toggled the disconnect back on, and voila, the inverter powered up. I'm not sure if it was needing a disconnect "reboot", or if it was seeing something wrong on the load side. Turned it off, plugged back in the load, switched on and all worked as expected.
Good Luck!
