slideouts

we have a 2011 mountaineer 347tht.it has a remote control to operate many functions on that unit including opening & closing slide outs.Interior by control panel also has a button for open & close of slide outs.Currently the interior button does nothing for the slide outs moving in or out. I have checked main fuses, fuses in the converter box and had the main battery tested, everything ok except no response from the interior button. Help now what do i check? Is there a relay for the wires that run from the slideouts interior button to where the sensor is for the remote control?
