3820fk front cap water

First off thank you to everyone who commented on our last issue, vent on stairs! We are still trying to navigate this site and really appreciate everyone.
Now we have discovered water, which amounted to ice in the front cap of our 3820fk. Looking on the roof there are no apparent leaks. At first we imagined it was condensation but after sitting there and feeling drops fall on my husbands arm while he was working we realized we have a different issue.
Any suggestions again are appreciated.
