c214dick Montana Master Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Winthrop Harbor Posts: 1,835 M.O.C. #8160	AMP running board Four years ago, I had the AMP retractable running board’s installed on my 2019 Ram 3500 diesel. Due to the extreme cold they are not going all the way out or extracting back to their storage position. To make matters worse my batteries are dead. Is it possible that the position of the running boards may be draining my batteries? I tried looking up troubleshooting and couldn’t find anything. Their customer service is only available M-F. Thx
