My gray water tank for the bath is leaking now. When the light says full, I dump. I know there is still room in the tank but I don’t wAnt to have gray water leaking out all over the place. Piss poor way to build a tank.

I suspect that 1 psi is air pressure to check for leaks under water. A 50 gallon tank filled weighs over 400 lbs. An extra couple gallons in a pipe is not whats pushing the tank to failure. Your tanks are failing because they are not supported on the bottom. Not your fault for filling it. Keystone's fault for being cheap.
