Bathroom Door
We have a 2021 Montana Legacy. The Bathroom door is on a slide (kind of like a farm style door). The problem is the door keeps falling off the track. We have it fixed by the Dealer, but it has happened again. Has anyone else had this issue?

I had to look online to see if the 2021 model had a "barn door" or a slider.
My front bath door is a slider like yours but I have not had any issues with it.
Here a thread about the sliding closet door - very similar to your bathroom door (screen shot pic below). I was looking for one with photos to show the fix but came up empty. Maybe someone here will have better information.

I can't bring myself to trust the latch for the shower door when we are traveling. DW split and notched a pool noodle which we push down over the lower tracks. I think this was the second "modification" we did to our fiver. Knock on wood, we've never had an issue with the sliding shower doors. I do still want to come up with something workable for the bedroom closet doors though. Sure open to ideas from the group before those doors start causing any issues.

I always have to latch ours because DW doesn't get it all the way down. Like you I don't trust those doors so got a spring loaded bar that we put on the center slide and wedge against the end of the opening. It won't go anywhere. I think we got the bar at CW IIRC.

Our sliding closet door kept falling off the track when our rig was new. I ended up ordering a new set of hardware from Trekwood and replaced the hangers. Haven't had a problem since.

We also do not trust the latch so we place a dog bed on the track...........no issues. Like the other ideas posted above.

Does the door have the standard little bungee cord loop to hold the door while traveling? Ours would jump the track too so we put another bungee near the bottom of the door and that holds the door in place really well. You can find them on Amazon.

I went out and looked at my sliding bathroom door and took some pics. If your door is "coming out of the track" - based on my door setup - there is only one way that can happen. The roller hanger stop screw is missing. There should be a stop screw at both ends of the rail. The rollers can not roll out of the track if the stop screws are in place. Look thru the sketch and pics below...how does this compare to your bath room door set-up?
(Edit: my rig has an arched ceiling/roof structure - so "barn door" hardware like they put in the newer units will not work)

Thanks so much. We actually found out that the molding has to be removed in order to place the roller assembly back on the track. This is the 2nd time it has fallen out. 80.00 to have the dealer replace it (3 days out of warranty). We will do it ourselves next time.
