I called Dexter directly, gave them the info about my axle, and they gave me the part numbers for every piece associated to my axle down to the cotter pins so I don’t have to look and search for proper part numbers later. While speaking with them, they let me know I could put the 7k never adjust brakes on my 6k axles as an up grade and get better braking, so when I replaced all 4 of the brakes, I upgraded to the 7k’s and it made a noticeable difference stopping. I locally sources my spare bearing and races using the part numbers. I believe it’s better to have this type of info ahead of time when it’s not needed than to be trying to track it down in the heat of an event.
