Out of Stroke
I have a 2013 Montana 3582 with the Lippert Hydraulic leveling system. Recently, I got an "Out of Stroke" message when trying to auto level the 5th wheel. I have my 5ver parked in my yard and have never had this message before as the spot I park it is fairly level.
One thing I noticed when trying to auto level is that it went through some of the sequence but would "buzz" at times. Also, when I tried manually lowering the rear jacks, they would not lower.
Any help would be appreciated.

To be more specific, when going through the auto level process, the buzzing noise starts when trying to lower the rear landing gear. Rear landing gear will not lower.

Was the the hydraulic fluid tank full? I wonder if there was air in the system causing the problem.

Out of stroke error is caused when the leveler leg extends its full length and the front forward controll doesn’t see any change in degree of level
Use blocks under the leveler legs to prevent that error
The buzzing sound would most likely be the dual polarity solenoid located on the hydraulic pump motor.. it’s usually an indication of low 12 vdc supply to the system
.. bad batteries
.. dirty or loose connections
.. battery cable to chassis ground not good clean metal to terminal end
.. if you never upgrade the OEM factory 50 amp resettable DC breaker that supplies power to the dual polarity solenoid and pump motor this could also be your issue
Anyway.. some typical items I would be looking at

Yes, plenty of hydraulic fluid. I was able to get rear jacks down by switching to manual mode. I then leveled trailer manually. I thought it would then be a good idea to reset the system. I turned the power off and pressed the up arrow 10 times, the down arrow 10 times, but the system won't turn on. So at this point I'm stumped.

We have a 2016 375FL and this is what I was told by one of the dealer mechanics.
While hooked to truck
Lower all jacks all the way down 6" to 8"
Front, rear, middle
Press & hold retract button
Press left & right at same time. This will retract all jacks at same time and reset everything.
Hope this helps.
