What switch? What inverter. I can only speak to Magnum. There are 2 inverter switches. A remote switch in the RV and a battery disconnect in the battery bay. Turn the battery disconnect on first. That should engage the inverter. If it doesn't turn the remote switch. Two kinds of switches. See the pictures.

Check to see if the GFCI outlet on the inverter has tripped. Not sure if that is what you are referring to when you say you have reset the inverter. That’s the outlet on the inverter that the transfer switch plugs into.
GFI yes also, check the 20 resetable breaker on the inverter. You haven't told us what inverter you have. A picture would help. If you don't have a generator prep and only have a transfer switch for inverter and shore power, it's possible the transfer switch is bad.

Mine is the CSW 2012 w/ separate transfer switch. The GFCI trips when shore power is disconnected but can be reset and works until shore power is again disconnected. The inverter shows no fault codes. The problem appears to be either a faulty GFCI or transfer switch or possibly an overload beyond the transfer switch. When the GFCI is reset while off shore power the inverter shows a AC load of 75.
I had the same GFI trip issue when the RV was new. The dealer repaired it so all I know is they replaced both GFI's in the island and basement. Either wired wrong or a bad GFI. I assume you checked the GFI on the inverter?

The manual for your Frig states that it should not be plugged into a GFCI outlet. Several members including myself removed the GFCI outlet and replaced it with a standard outlet.
Thanks for that info. Will a standard outlet fit in that inverter?
I wouldn't modify the inverter itself. There are inverters that have a built in GFI and inverters that use a GFI within the inverted circuit. The top image has no built in GFI. The image below has a built in GFI. If your GFI is tripping you have a fault in that circuit. Unless you're well versed in AC, I'd hire a pro mobile tech.
