Unhappy Issue with ATS or Inverter? Converter?

I have a 2020 385BR. Shore power is only running my fridge and is not running anything else. Everything works when I switch over to battery but the shore isnt even charging the batteries. So in the meantime, I have a running fridge on shore power and having to have a battery charger on the batteries in order to have everything else work. Ideas?

You need to make sure your battery disconnect switch is in the proper position. This is the red handle switch usually in the convenience center and with the switch closed, the red handle can not be pulled out. You also must make sure all the 120 volt breakers are in the on position, including the one for the converter, maybe fully turning them all the way off and then back on again, just in case one or more had tripped.

Also check the reverse polarity fuses on the converter if your battery isn't charging.

If you mean your 120vac receptacles don't have power when connected to shore power...
Use a multimeter.
Start at the pedistal.
Check for power.
Plug your cord in, check at the RV end.
Remove the cover of your circuit breaker panel, check. IF missing here, back up and check at your Automatic Transfer Switch if you have one.
I would suspect this would be the culprit.
