I think you could not find better customer service anywhere! (I don't work for them or have any other connection with them!!! LOL) On a trip to Goshen, we sidetrack to stop at their office. I had a new Pullrite at the time. It didn't seem right so had them check it out. They looked it over, unhitched the rig and determined the dealer had installed the wrong capture plate on the pin box. They put on the correct one at no charge and didn't charge for the plate which was around $100.
I have also called them because I didn't lube the rails properly (apparently) and there were gouges in the top. The customer service person told me what to do (I think I just turned them upside down) and was very helpful.
p.s. I have owned 2 for a total of 18+ years. I had some chucking 5-6 years ago and added the Morryde pin box and that helped some. And I believe they state you can hitch/unhitch at up to 18 degrees (maybe 15). I try to line up straight anyway so no problems.
