Excellent condition...this unit has been babied and regularly maintained. We love our rig but we had an opportunity to buy a Mobile Suites and we couldn't pass it up.
In addition to being in great condition, our rig has many extras (ie. Auto electric cord reel, secondary power outlet with auto transfer switch, onboard surge protector, on board battery charger, solar panels on roof, two newer lithium batteries, outside TV, 2 yr old Salun tires, etc).
If your looking for this model, you need to look at ours. BTW...our rig is in St. Louis.
