Manual Jacks Operate Unevenly

Electric Jacks Operate Unevenly

Hello. 2013 Mountaineer 29RLT with manual leveling jacks.

The passenger side jack is lowering much more than the drivers side. Noticed they were uneven today and reset them (manually-took the shear pin out of the cross link and set them evenly by hand). Disconnected from the truck and the passenger side extended much more than the drivers side jack.
These are electric jacks with the motor on the drivers side. I've sheared the pin in the cross link to the passenger side a couple times over the years. The passenger side is completely dependent on the drivers side to operate. I don't understand how the passenger side could basically be operating MORE than the drivers side. Unless the drivers side is stripped or something. But then I'd think the drivers side wouldn't move at all, but it is.
Any ideas? Thanks.
