It matters not. What matters is the tires' mfgr., whether F-rated is adequate for the load, and if you maintain the proper psi.

My plan is to upgrade to Sailun S637 ST235/80R16 G rated tire to run on my High Country 295RL but thinking about only running 100PSI. What does everyone else think about this?

Yes, after you weigh your rig and determine the axle weights on the tires, you can use the Sailun chart to determine the correct psi for your weight. It won't hurt to use up to the tires' max psi (110), but it's unnecessary and causes the rig to ride harder, although some folks still believe all ST tires MUST be used at max psi. They're wrong, but who am I to judge.

Here's the chart, you be the judge.

The basics call for replacement tires to carry the load the OE tires carried. Going to 100 PSI boosts you tires load capacities by 110# each.

I'm not with my Monty right now, does anyone know the lug pattern on 295RL - is it 16x6 8-6.5?
Thanks!

The chart seems to only show one psi rating of the G tires. As you go across the chart, it changes from E, to F, to G (along with the pressures). Not sure about just the G tires.

Your rig is about the same size and weight as ours. You should have 8 lug wheels with a 110 psi rating...same as we have.

Consider G rated tires.............they provide a higher load rating and therefore, safety margin. That is what I run on my Montana 73780RL.
