I haven't put the meter on the 10 cu ft single door I have, it would be much less than that large one.
I don't eat much

Ozz, with the unit you have installed a 140 watt panel will keep things going because of the low current draw. We have boondocked a lot with lunalonestar above and they get alone just fine with the 3, 140 watt panels running everything.

Since we don't boondock, we just plug in our Residential Whirlpool refit at home before traveling (cools down in 45 minutes or less) and the ice cubes have never melted before we get to our next destination (has never been over 8-10 hours). No inverter or additional batteries.

I have a 3711FL with the residential frig. I expected it to run on the inverter when I unplugged to move. It did not. What did I miss? Should it be set to run on the inverter from the factory? Thanks in advance

Make sure your inverter is pluged in in the basement. there is a little red button on the front of the inverter. If you press it The inverter fires up, If you press it again I believe it is on auto. I forget the words, but it is on the sticker next to the button. PS: I originally thought it was a circuit breaker reset, thats what it looks like, but it is the auto/manual switch
