We (the Wagon Masters and Assistants) are meeting this month. A Schedule and events sign ups will begin to show up shortly after we meet. I cannot give you an exact date at this moment. Please keep watching.

Is registration open for any events for this year's rally? This website is extremely difficult to navigate through all the replies to get to the latest info. Request all info be posted and instructions be posted in a way not to be congested with questions. Instead create a special thread specifically for questions. I think that might make it easier for everyone, including the event planners. Thanks and we can't wait to seeing everyone again in Sept. BnB

Brent and Barb-- Check two posts prior to your post hear and check out what George has to say. George is one of the Asst. Wagon Masters and the two sets of Asst. WG and Wagon Masters are meeting later this month and there will be a post as to what the schedule of events and what you will have to sign up for sometime following their meeting. All three are scattered across the country-- Colorado, Kansas and North Carolina so it is rather hard to coordinate things and get together for it also. Keep a watch out here on the Forum and the 2018 Fall Rally postings. They will be coming and once they do you can sign up for them. The job of WM and Asst. WM is not an easy job especially since they have to coordinate things with Keystone Montana and the OEM's that will be putting on the seminars and tours. I can speak from experience on this for sure. Just keep watching the Forum and it will all turn out right. See you in Goshen in September!

How & where to sign up for events?
I finally figured out where and how to sign up and pay for the rally, but cannot find where or how to sign up for events. Did I miss it too? We definitely want to partake in things and events.

Read post #61 (4 above yours) which explains why there are no events or signups yet.

Administer. It is confusing when people respond to information that DOES NOT NEED A RESPONSE. Suggest that these info threads be locked out.
People miss the message ....do not respond

Is there someone to contact (via email or telephone) about being a vendor at the upcoming rally? We’d (Kleen Tank, the RV holding tank cleaning service) would like yo attend, give a seminar on holding tanks, and service the attendees. Thanks!

Kleentank -
If you look back on 4-17, I requested you send me a PM. That is still the best way to go about getting a vendor booth set up.

MOC Flea Market
Hi Wagon Masters. I'm sure you've seen the post I created with the idea of a small Flea Market at the rally. If not please see it and the replies, which for the most part seem positive.
This would require very little effort, but in my opinion would be a great way for the attendees to sell their extra RV related stuff.
All that is needed for me to move forward is your blessing. So, please send me a message and say yes or no and I'll move forward from there.
Ideally I would like to set up 2 tables in the back corner of the big tent to place items on. I will provide a poster for the tables and tags/masking tape and a marker. Those who would like to sell something can place the item/s on or near the tables and mark them with their contact info and price. This will be an honor system sale, so no one is required to attend the table; however, my wife and Barbara will ensure it stays neat and tidy. I will also provide a poster board that folks who might have larger items to sell can list them and give their site number, instead of bringing the item/s to the tent.
Thanks for your consideration and especially thanks for all your hard work. We look forward to another great rally this year.
See you next month, BnB
