Blown Fuse

I have a 2022 Montana 3813ms. It has a 5 amp in line fuse behind my control panel for my water heater. It keeps blowing almost daily. Any ideas why? I am stationary, have been for 8 months. TIA.

Problem Solved!

I'm guessing the 5A fuse may go to the relay located on the upper left corner of the water heater.
This relay operates the 120vac electric element that heats your water in electric mode.
To get to the relay you have to pull your tank out about 6". Depending on your model, some have been able to reach this by removing the basement wall behind the convenience center.
The Suburban water heater manual is in the files section.

I may (probably am) be wrong, but wouldn't a water heater take more than 5 amps? I think a simple small fryer for the kitchen takes 10A.

Without a diagram (which Keystone will not provide) I'm guessing. You would need a multimeter to Ohm out the wiring and create your own diagram.

I believe the 5A fuse is in line with the relay.
The Electric wall switch turns on the relay.
The relay controls the 120vac which goes to the element.
There is a 15A circuit breaker in your circuit breaker panel that is for the heating element. .
The Electric side is very simple and straightforward. The wiring diagram in the Suburban manual doesn't tell the whole story unfortunately.

The GAS water heater switch goes to the water heater control board which runs the propane side of the water heater. Much more complicated due to the safety involved with propane.
