Under Galley Sink Floor Bolt Bulging

2020 High Country 385BR & noticed a bolt bulging through floor under galley sink while investigating a leak from sink. Haven’t figured out the leak yet but appears to be coming from the faucet I believe. I’ve performed many test and still can’t figure out the leak. But upon removing the stuff under the sink I noticed what appears to be a bolt head. I don’t remember noticing it before but I know that sometimes they hide things in RVs or put things where they won’t be noticed. Just wanted to make sure this isn’t something that is an issue.

Hoop there it is! I had one on my Cougar and two on my Montana. Quote from the service manager "they missed the cross member and we have to remove an discard the screw as it will only loosen again if we tighten it"

They have a flooring guy that will make a cut on a line and remove the screw, then clean and glue the linoleum back down. You wouldn't know anyone has been there if you didn't know. Just make sure you deal with it before it comes through the lino! Yours is getting close...

Sounds like an easy fix. I’m glad it was under the sink & not in the open floor. I should be able to make that repair & not worry as much if it is not perfect since it won’t be visible. I appreciate the response.

We thought we had a "water leak" under the island on our last trip. Come to find out one of the gallon jugs we had sitting under the island had a small crack. You might want to check for another water source under the island.

Did learn it was the connection between sink hose & water supply. Not sure why I had such a hard time finding but was an easy fix. And yes, I’ve had a gallon of water crack too while stored in a bottom cabinet. Fortunately discovered early before a bigger mess could be done. Lol
