Schwintek sofa slide issue

2021 Montana 3761 FL sofa slide bottom gear and housing came out of the camper body walls. Can't find anyone that has seen this happen. So many other issues with this Covid Camper to mention, has anyone hade issues with quality of build issues during this period?

Are you saying the worm gear at the bottom track came out of the wall to the outside of the slide? That's pretty hard to do even when you're trying to remove it.
That being said, there should be a gib, which looks like a rectangular key that is riveted to the frame that holds the gear box in place. Are the rivets still intact? The gear box (for lack of a better name) positions the vertical drive rod through the worm gear and holds it in place on the horizontal track. For all of this to come out, the framing attached to the outside wall would need to come loose.

Here's a picture (worth a thousand words as they say) of the "H" column and parts. You can see the "gear box" and the gib in the picture and how it attaches to the framing.
