No power

We have had power problems with our 2021 3120RL legacy since day one. The first time we lost all power the dealer said the auto switch went to generator mode. We don't have a generator. They did not say what they did to fix it. Now here we are again this winter. Plugged in yet all power is off and the batteries are dead in spite of having a solar panel. I charged up the batteries manually and have lights yet no 110v. I am at wits end and want out from under this Lemon. Any ideas how to get 110v?

Lester,

First - welcome to the forum!

Sounds like your ATS (auto transfer switch) is stuck. This is a recurring problem. Since you don't have a genny, you might consider bypassing it. Search the forum, you will see other posts on this subject.

A mobile tech will likely get you going in short order.

If you have the Progressive Dynamics ATS, it is my understanding that Keystone will replace under warranty with a different brand due to all the failures.

This post has more on the subject.

This definitely sounds like a tripped Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). There was a period when what Montana installed would fail. You may not have a generator, but you are probably "generator prepped". This prep includes the ATS. It is a simple and inexpensive device to bypass. Even if you are not electrically incloned, a mobile guy can do it.

Don't walk away from your RV for what is an easy and inexpensive repair.
