Residential Living Package
We are looking at a 2022 Montana that shows on the spec sheet it has the Residential Living Package. I searched everywhere to figure out what that contains. Does anyone know?

I’m not saying that such a package does not exist - but I have not heard of it. I could not find a 2022 factory brochure online just now - but it was not listed in the 2021 brochure. Perhaps a local sales rep with some marketing experience may have come up with the concept and typed out the spec sheet. Here…let me try my hand at it…
My unit has a luxurious residential quality ceramic toilet!

It is on my spec sheet, apparently it is included in all the newer Montana's but they still list it as a $9,750 option. If you go online to build one on the Keystone website, I found the details about it and includes.

All that is pretty much standard. My 22 has 99% of it. I don't have a pull out trash bin.  The "Residential Package" is a marketing thing.

Tony - "standard" is just so...BLAH!
You will sleep better tonight knowing you have full "The Residential Package", and I'll bet you did not pay a dime extra for it!

Nah, the sales guy through that in as a special one time promotion! But if I wanted the sliding trash can it would cost me an additional 10K.

Mine has the slide out trash can too. I think maybe Tony just got ripped off and got only the Semi-Residential Package.

Residential living package
I’ve always said this country has gone to hell since those Madison Avenue boys started deceiving the populace. My Monty says it has “Helium Frame”. Does that mean my rv is lighter with a helium infusion and if it leaks does it get heavier?
Decision making would be a lot more accurate if we were given “just the facts mam”
