GE Refrigerator is not cooling

We have a 2023 Montana 3231CK, purchased less than a year ago. The GE residential refrigerator quit cooling while we were on the tail end of a trip. My question is mostly if others with a similiar frig have had problems. It worked fine and we moved down the road, upon set up at a new location found out it wasn't cooling. It has power and lights are on. Did all the checking I could think of and doing internet research. It sounds like the compressor tries for 5 seconds and then a click and the sound stops for a while, then repeat. The interior fans run. We are working with the dealer remotely and will call Keystone soon. Very frustrating that this would happen so soon. We have had great success traveling with the setup and have the Solar Flex 400i setup with two lithium batteries.

I did find out not all mobile techs work on residential frigs and Keystone is very warranty picky on service calls. I don't have all the info on the latter yet.

Thanks for all the good support and ideas in this forum.

Have your attempted a full restart? Disconnect the shore power and turn off the inverter. Leave for a few minutes and reconnect shore power.

Last post appears to have been a couple weeks ago. Any progress on getting your refrigerator issues resolved?

The compressor has a start/overload relay located where the power wires enter. It’s a cheap part to purchase and not hard to replace ONCE you have access to the compressor. If the symptoms you describe are not fixed by the relay replacement, the prognosis points to a compressor shorted or the interior is locked up.
