Freezing up problem is improved (eliminated) by running the fan on medium or high speed. No more freezing up since then. I think I got that advice from someone here on this forum about 4 yrs ago.

Clean filters are necessary for proper functioning on all A/Cs. I'm bad about not cleaning them as often as I should.

I was told by a Montana dealer to run the AC units at least 3degrees apart so the weren’t working against each other
