Something I didn't see mentioned is that the converter has fuses in it in addition to a breaker in the panel. Might be a blown fuse in the converter. If the battery is bad you may not have enough power to operate the slides and jacks. I have tripped the converter breaker running the jacks or slides when plugged into shore power and the batteries were low.
