advice on options

After 6 mos of looking at 5th wheels, have decided on the 3670RL. This will be our ist rv. I want gel-coat fiberglass and most of the options. Just wanted advice on if need 2nd AC,live in southern okla. would like larger refrigerator but $1500 too much, not sure about fireplace. Also would like safety glass windows. Don't think I want the slide-room awnings, the rest of the options I will get, I've been reading this forum for a couple of months would appreciate advice.
