Under cabinet kitchen lights

My wife has complained enough about the under cabinet kitchen light shining in her eyes and being too bright. It would be a good thing if Keystone found a way to keep the light there but shield it so that it wouldn't shine into our eyes. I am trying to find a way that will be both functional and decorative too.

Sue had the same complaint, here's what I did:

I picked up a Halogen track lighting set and removed the electronic transformer to run it off of 12 volts directly. Got a switch from Radio Shack and made a few modifications, and...............
Got rid of those glaring lights in the kitchen.
I'm installing remote control dimmers for the 120 Volt lights above our TV couch as well.
