What a mess!

Had to leave my High Country for a few days, which then turned in to a week with the artic blast that left me snow bound until yesterday evening.
When I got here, I see water has flooded the kitchen, bedroom carpet, ducts and basement and running out under the frame. Yikes!
So, after trying to soak up everything last night and start the dry out, I find this as the source of my misery today.

This is the top of the HW tank, so I'm guessing the outlet water had no place to go (dripped the incoming, but not faucets for hot) and with -20 something, propane tank went empty, power out off and on for 3 days-
This was a doozy.
Hope it can be welded.
