I have a Furrion stove/oven that is probably designed the exact same way. Only, my lights come on blue, and when the lights around the knobs come on, the oven light comes on too.
If you have one knob that will not turn off, then you have a loose wire or that knob touching a live connection point. I would start by removing the top of the stove (they lift right off, straight up). Then check the wires running from the knobs and track them back to the switch. I imagine you'll find that one wire not attached correctly, or frayed, or the insulation pulled back too far allowing contact. If it's broken insulation on the wire, all you need t do is put a bit of electrical tape around the wire. The "spark" wire on mine cracked at one spot. I covered the crack with a hot glue gun. It worked great.
