Best silicone sealant for side walls

I heard Sika Flex, Geocel Pro Flex RV, Lexcel silicone and just plain old GE 100% Silicone sealant. All the clear silicone on side walls has dirty spots that I think may be mold. I am resealing the roof with Dicor starting tomorrow. I also want to pull off the old Silicone and replace with something that looks better. Any opinions or "stay away from" advice?
