2015 Ram 3500 Brakes Locking Up

Having an issue where it seems my brakes are locking up while towing and it always seems to be when I hit stop and go traffic and then once I get going they overheat. I thought this last time I was going to catch fire because it was smoking pretty bad. Im thinking my caliper may be sticking but it seems to unstick once it cools. Not sure where to turn from here. Really scared to travel at this point. Any advise would be greatly appreciated
