3811 bed room slide inpresession on floor
Good afternoon,
We are the proud parents of a new 2019 3811 Montana, Anniversary Edition. We already camped at Disney World in Florida and twice at St. Mountain, GA. We absolutely love the trailer. We made a few modifications, a 50” TV in a custom cabinet on the entry door side pass thru. We also installed a water softener. But we have one issue we are not sure how to address. The bedroom slide has made deep impressions on the flooring. They did give us two black heavy pieces of plastic to put down in front of the rollers when we slide it in. But it is too late the impression is there now. It was not there when we purchased it. The dealer said there wasn’t any room to adjust the slide rollers. We have to cover it with a carpet so we don’t see it. Has anyone else ever had this issue and how can it be resolved?
