This is the inspection instructions for KSB-210218, Inspection Process Sidewall Cracks. The information and instructions in a Keystone Service Bulletin (KSB) are intended to inform RV dealership Service Managers/Technicians of situations that may occur with some Recreational vehicles so dealership personnel can perform proper and efficient service. KSB€™s are intended to be used by trained RV technicians with the knowledge, tools and equipment to do the job properly and safely, not €œdo-it-yourselfers€.

Inspection information is not presented as a repair guaranteed to be covered by warranty.

Keystone€™s P & P (Policy & Procedures) must be followed for any requested warranty work.

Thanks for posting. This same repair would apply to more units than what they listed. Clearly, Keystone should hire someone with engineering experience to prevent sort of thing from happening in the first place. And then they continued this design for years.

Yup the problem has been going on for over two decades across many different brands.. I made a quick check of my unit and have barely 1/8 inch of difference with weight on the LG and then weight on the truck with LG up..
