North American Fall Rally Meet-n-Greet-n-Eat Volunteer Sign-up

The National Rally will be here before you know it! The best thing about the Rally is meeting new lifelong friends and the best way to do this is to volunteer.

We need people to volunteer to assist with the Meet and Greet supper on the first night of the Rally, September 8th.

We need volunteers to help set up for the meal and volunteers to clean up after the meal.

Please designate if you would like to help with set up, clean up or both. In the past we have used 8 people for set up and 8 people for clean-up.

We will contact you prior to the Rally with the time and place of the event.

How will we know if we were selected to help?

WOW our Montana Family is great! We have more than enough volunteers for the Meet & Greet Meal. Several signed up to setup, serve & cleanup so we tried to distribute everyone for a duty. We have not been notified yet of the time of the meal so we will contact you prior to the meal (probably one or two days in advance). In the past the room has been setup for us which means less work for us.
