Squeaky room slider
When we go to put in (not putting out) we hear squeaking. I tried spraying WD-40 on the rollers on each side of the gear that runs in the track. But the squeak seems to be coming from some where I can’t see. I use rubber seal conditioner/lube on the rubber side seals. Any thoughts on this issue?

Sure would help knowing what rig you have, shouldn’t be a secret when you want help. This could be the hydraulic ram seals squeaking if you have hydraulics maybe the electric driven parts if this is electric. It’s not advisable using WD40 on either system.

Based on your statement about the "gear that runs in the track" I'm guessing you have the Schwintek slide. As Bob said, WD-40 is not recommended and is actually not a lubricant, but a water displacement compound. Quick dry Silicone spray or Dry Lube with PTFE is preferred.
There are several parts on the Schwintek slides that need lubricant, but not the track itself. Here's a video from Lippert...

On your unit - the bedroom slide is the Schwintek slide with rollers.
Do you think you are hearing one of the 3 bottom rollers?
Or a V-roller on the Schwintek column?

The bedroom slide is quite, it’s the other two that squeak the kitchen and the living area

Those are most likely hydraulic slides then. Here's a video by Jared Gillis of All About RV's to help. He goes over the 3 most common slide types.
