Remote control for 2022 Legacy Stereo.
DId anyone get a remote with the stereo in the 2022 Legacy. It is the component located below the tv? The dealer is saying there is none.

hi has anyone with full body paint ,ever have warranty on anything outside ,,door compartments doors . that was under manufactuers warranty ..did they take care of repainting the part that was bad?? just asking .. thank u

We received a remote for the JBL sound system. This sound system is a real improvement over the Jensen system.

Thank you for the response. Do you happen to have a owners manual that I could get a model number of the system. The dealer is telling me no remote , no manual is available.

Mine is actually at the shop for a minor adjustment. Owners manual is in it. You could give them a call at customer support. It is 866 425-4369. I bet they could assist. Good luck.

We have the "older" Jensen system, but I've seen the JBL in the newer models. I believe it is the Aura Wall Mount system, and, of course it comes with a remote. Can't believe dealer said otherwise. I don't think a stereo has been built since the '70's that didn't come with a remote. Anyway, I was able to find a manual online.

The remote was included in ours. The dealer lost your remote or the factory did. Looks like the manual was attached by ACKLM8

In today's world it seems inconceivable that the stereo equipment you have, hasn't had something posted on line somewhere. If you could post the name JBL, Furrion, Jensen etc. perhaps we can help. The manufacture's manual would contain the model number. having the model number would facilitate searching on line what the manufacturer of the sound equipment includes. Mine came with a remote, but I prefer to use the downloadable app on my smart phone to control the feature by bluetooth.

We are also having the same issue. Ours didn’t not come with a remote either. I looked in the owner’s manual that we found online but did not see the model number.

We have the older Jensen sterio/DVD. There is an app for it so you can control it from your phone.
Maybe your model does too?

Mine was missing the remote on my 2022 3121RL I called dealer and they sent me one. The tv has an optical and hdmi arc connected to your tv like a soundbar. I was wondering what was hooked up to my tv hdmi and discovered it was connected to my JBL receiver.

we have a 2022 Legacy with full body paint and are having them repaint under the storage compartment doors. The paint doesn't seem to adhere well and is easily removed with even your fingernail. This is being done under warranty.
