We had a wonderful time at our very first desert experience. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. We can’t wait to do it again. Sorry we missed everyone leaving yesterday. We ran to the show in the morning. We hope our paths cross again at another rally or out on the road. Take care. Safe travels.

Frank, Chris and Carly.

It was nice to meet you all. Thank you Ron and Ron and Larry, for being so kind trying to help me with my kitchen slide.
Thank you Jack and Michael for helping me troubleshoot my faulty new dish receiver.
With regard to the slide I took it to RV Lifestyles in Quartzite because the back end was sticking out.
I got some bad news from them. They asked how had worked on the slide. They said it needed serious work because CW had welded the spacers.
They gave me an estimate between $3000-4000.
They put in 2 slide gears, which came up to almost $300. The slide is still sticking out little in back, but not as bad. I will keep that slide in until it has been fixed by people who knows what they are doing.

Tom, we enjoyed meeting you and Rex. I would make sure that you feed that info back to your Keystone contacts and ask them for a recommendation. I would also call Lippert and open a case. My guess is they will help you out.

Thanks Ron. I have not had any luck with Keystone.I will try Lippert. The welded spacers CW did to the slide, how do I explain that to Lippert? What I am trying to say is I am not sure what the part is called it is welded to.I just want to make sure Lippert know what I am talking about.

Tom, I’m curious. I heard that you have an April appointment to get your slide repaired. I sent my email in the PM. Keep me posted on how your repair goes. And Rex said he needs a treat.

The last six rigs left here in the MOC Circle in Quartzsite. All, but one rig, have 4 digit MOC numbers (the oddball has a 12,000 number MOC id). Obviously they are too old to realize the crowds are gone or smart enough to know the crowds are gone.

As the last to arrive at the Montana Circle, it is only fitting that we are the last to leave.

Until next year

I was just wondering if you got your rig repaired yet. Did you just replace the one axle?
