Norcold 2118ss cooling problem

Our unit is a 2016 with a Norcold 4 dr 2118.
A couple of days ago the fridge would not get any colder than 43 and sometimes as warm as 47. The freezer, however is doing fine. I have tried adjusting the temp setting to the max of 9 but the fridge stays the same and the freezer gets colder.
In the process of loading the fridge, unknown to me, my sweetie knocked the moisture collection tray out of its position and it was laying on rack below. While putting back in place I noticed the fins on the right side were frosted and the wire, not sure if the name, was tucked behind the fins.
I remembered in my last Montana that there was a clip that attached to the fins and could be adjusted to help with the temp. This wire does not have a clip.
While retrieving it from behind the fins and rearranging food I noticed the fins starting to thaw.
I have two additional fans in the fridge to help with circulation.
I would certainly like to have this fixed before attending the Central Plaines Rally.
Thx
