gas pipe leak

Stole this from a Montana facebook page I belong to.
I went out and checked mine and there is a little notch in the pipe but not to the point of leaking. This is after a year and a half of use and not that many miles. I used a piece of heater hose around the pipe for a bushing for now, but if it can cut through the steel gas pipe it will surly cut through the heater hose at some point and continue on cutting into the gas pipe so a better fix is needed for a permanent repair. This could be serious if at night and sleeping. Apparently one of Keystone`s darlings blew this off as a none issue when the guy called.
