Bedroom slide
Bedroom slide pivots and jams. Does not go out straight nor does it when it comes in.

I see you have a 3121. Isn't that a cable slide? Have you checked the cables?
If it has a hydraulic slide, take off the mattress and the plywood underneath and check where the ram connects to the slide wall.

We have the same model and year. It is a schwinn tech slide. You never want to stop them until they are in all the way or out. If you do the motors can get out of sync. Try moving it in and hold the button a little longer after it is in,this may help.

I don’t always completely extend or retract slide, but when I do I Always hold the button for a second or two after it is fully extend or retracted. It syncs the two motors.
