Tom Johnson Service

While at the mid-Atlantic rally in Marion NC our converted went out. Fortunately the rally was held at Tom Johnson’s Camping Center.

They didn’t hesitate to help us even though they are not a Montana dealer and their service department was very busy. Our service rep. checked on the warranty and found that the converter was covered by warranty.

It took a little while, simply because they ordered a new one from Progressive and it was shipped without the connecting cable which was then sent ground mail by progressive. Our impression was that they were honestly concerned about us and they delay. They communicated frequently and were responsive to our concerns/needs.

As soon as the cable was delivered they sent a tech over to install the part and check everything out. The service was excellent!

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tom Johnson's if you need service while in the Marion NC area.

They also have a very nice campground with reasonable rates. It was a great place for our rally.

Hi

They did the same for us. The service manager came over and did a roof inspection free of charge. Then they did a roof treatment and a wash art a good price.

Would not hesitate to recommend them.

A couple of years back we were going through Charlotte N.C. and stopped at a rest area. I noticed a weld had broken on one of my steel rims. I pulled into Tom Johnson's RV and ask if they could help with a new rim. They had to go 8 miles to another dealer and come back then take the broken one and new one to a tire store nearby to have the tire put on the new rim. They spent over 4 hours taking care of the problem and this was on a Friday afternoon at New Years and A couple of the service people had to stay past their time to leave.
When all was finished the gave me the bill and they had only charged $65 for the rim $8 for tire change and 1 hour labor changing the old rim with the new one. They would not take any more and they said they were glad they could help.
I would not hesitate to recommend them either.
