Titan fuel tank in a 2010-12 Dodge 3500 SB crewcab

Has anyone installed the new 2012 Titan fuel tank (OEM replacement) of 56 gallons. We are considering this for our truck and would appreciate your feedback.

I did the Transfer Flow 60 gal. I like the extra leg especially when pulling hills with 4:10 and mpg drop if I horse it. Fuel gauge works great I just have to adjust to 1/4 tank is twice as far (almost) as the old 35 gal tank. I now run down to 1/8 before I get real serious about fuel. 1/4 is my normal just for margin. So I can only address DTE type readings are in error because the computer (which can not be reprogrammed for larger tank is base on 35 gal).
I hope this helps.

Your question concerning Titan replacement tanks is what I can answer to. We have a 52 gallon Titan replacement tank on our 2007HD Chev Duramax. It replaced our OEM 26 gallon tank. It's lighter than other tanks cause it is a heavy poly the same or better than the OEM. Our only small issue is our truck is not programmed for the "range" for the new tank. It can be programmed, but did not bother and it's not an issue for us. The installer did a good job and have had it for over one year. Good luck on your decision.
