2021 3121RL Rear Lights acting up.

Left rear taillight. Works as a taillight and works as a brake light but when asked to flash, it goes dim and will not flash. Ground is good and voltage is good.
Acts like you have the wrong flasher relay installed. In the cab it flashes rapidly but truck turn signals act normal.
Starting to thinks the led module is somehow bad.
