New to the group... setting up for off-grid life in my montana... thinking about a composting toilet...

Sorry just saw this! I installed a composting toilet (Natures Head) immediately after we purchased our Montana 3121rl. I did not want anything in the black tank. I did save the original toilet in case we ever sell the unit. I will never mess with black tank hoses. I added a valve to use the black tank as an additional gray tank. When I dump the gray tank, it's sink and shower water which is fine with me!
