Popping noise

My 3791RD makes popping noises ( especially at night) more noticeable in the upstairs bedroom area yet similar noises in the kitchen area. I have heard that the hydraulic fluid might be the issue. My previous fifth wheels (3) did not have this issue. Has anyone else experienced this and found a way to eliminate this noise ?
I’ve checked my fluid level and it seems to be okay.

Your fluid is OK, but this is a known condition in hydraulic systems called stiction. Lippert put out a remedy for this years ago and it will work, sometimes adding a second quart of the recommended fluid as described in this bulletin. https://lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws...cd_0002091.pdf

Yep! Adding a quart of one of the recommended fluids will solve your problem.

Bob got me started on this several years ago and I use the Cat fluid in figure 3. This is an immediate cure for the popping noise.
