IS system bearing maintenance

Last year I had the IS And disc brakes added to the Monty and am very happy with both systems. However I am confused by what I see on the hub. There is a clear plastic covering that says Kodiak on it and a rubber plug but no zerk behind it. On the Morryde invoice it shows I was billed for EZ lube parts but that system has zerks. I opted for the Timken bearing upgrade. Is this a never lube system and if not then how often and how do I lube the wheel bearings? I have attempted to contact Morryde by e mail but for some reason my message won,t send.

I just had MORryde do an annual bearing repack and inspection of IS and Disc Brakes on my 2018 Montana 3921FB. I too went with Timken Bearings. I suggest you contact Brian Hosinski at brian.hosinski@morryde.com or phone 574-293-1581 for the answer to your questions.

We just had the IS installed in June. Disc brakes transferred over with new timkin bearings. From what I understand after discussions with Brain and others, the ez lube is only available on the 8k IS. Why, I don't know. Makes no sense to me.

I have 8K Timken's and I have mine repacked annually by hand. There is also a grease zerk on the bottom of the structure that needs grease every year.

I tempted to change mine to oil, then all you have to is see if it has oil.
