Are the new Sailuns manufactured in China or Vietnam?

Ours were made in China. They opened a plant in Viet Nam, probably to dodge import restrictions. Not sure if they are importing from both plants now. The China plant was an ISO rated plant and was making excellent tires, so not sure what happened at the new plant, maybe trying to cut corners.

All the new ones I have seen in retail locations (and online) have turned out to be Vietnam made. I just installed 4 from Wal-Mart. Montana was (is?) installing China made ones for a long time, but they may have a special deal.

I ordered 4 locally. I hope they have their problems solved. I was hesitant.

Sorry Goodyear, but at 3 times the price, I will be sticking with the Sailuns.

I got mine in and on today. They were made in Vietnam and that was a concern. The manufactured date was 12 of 21. I did call customer service about the Vietnam tires. They assured me the problems were eliminated.
I put my old Sailuns on my stock trailer.
