Water pump not pressurizing

Left home headed for Quartzsite. We had NOT winterized but did blow out all the water lines. Filled the water tank.
First night out: no water. Water tank was empty. Added water to the tank. The water pump ran but only sputtered a bit of water at the faucet. No evidence of leak. Thinking it might be the pump, we replaced it and primed it. Still no pressure. (The water we added to tank maintained it's level.) We blew out the lines. No luck. Still no evidence of a leak. (Note: did NOT check the actual lines because can't get to them without taking off the fabric covering underneath.) Decided to check into an RV Park at Quartzsite. Attached to city water and everything works fine. Suggestions????

Confirmed that valves in convenience center are not on winterize.

We had this problem once. The pump would run on and on but no pressure. Unfortunately you may have to remove the bulkhead. The connections have a tendency to loosen on the waterlines. This is due in some small part to the twist knobs for connecting water lines on the service panel. A loose connection allows too much air in. Good luck. (are you sure the panel is not in the winterize position?)

Winterize position. Happens exactly as you describe. In error, after filling my fresh water tank, I've flipped mine many, many times and was bewildered every time why. Your situation sounds identical. Flip the winterization valve.

We have checked all of these suggestions. BUT, we found this morning that the tank has lost about 1/4 of water. It is raining so we can't see where it went. Have yet to crawl under trailer to see if the underbelly fabric is squishy from holding water....

How much water did you put in the freshwater tank?
I know the pump will not pull all the water from the tank just because of the way it is mounted. A very slight tilt to the left (drivers side) helps when leveling your rig.
When traveling we carry at least 10-20 gallons for flushing toilet and washing hands. Less than that sometimes the pump won't pick it up.
I have a garden hose inline water meter.
I know from empty to full coming out the vent it takes 42 gallons.

Tank was full. We use the online meter too.
We are thinking our sensor was wrong because it showed that the tank was down 1/4 and when my husband went to add water it was already full! No water in underbody as far as we can tell. No water gushing out anywhere.
This is why we thought it was the pump. So we replaced with a new pump. Still no pressure.
We are totally baffled and don't know what to try next......

I have read of one case where the supply line (flexible white water hose) from the freshwater tank to the pump had collapsed. When the pump (self priming) tried to suck water from the tank the hose collapsed and no water flow. Worked fine on City water.
The guy was going camping and what he did was connect a hose from the freshwater drain to the winterize port. Turned the winterize valve to winterize, turned on the pump and opened a faucet. It worked!!!
